Shipping policy

 

Order processing takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier service.

UK Shipping:

• £1.99 standard delivery (free on orders over £30).

• Tracked delivery via Royal Mail, Yodel, or EVRi.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


International Shipping:

• EU: £10 standard delivery (EU are temporarily paused at the moment due to a new legislation implemented in December 2024)

• Rest of the World: £20 standard delivery

• Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country’s import policies before ordering.

Please note that any additional fees, duty and custom taxes in the country of destination are your responsibility. Customers are advised to check this prior to placing an order with us.

Parcels that are unclaimed after holding period and returned to us will incur an additional shipping charge for the parcel to be reshipped.

Delivery & Responsibility:

• Some orders (including all international shipments) require a signature upon delivery. Due to the required signature, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

• We do not take responsibility for parcels that are left outside, in mailboxes, or signed for by someone other than the addressee.

• If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a resolution.
